Amy has fifteen years of legal marketing and public relations experience. Prior to starting Edge Legal
Marketing, Amy served as president of LegalVoice for three years. Under her leadership, the company
grew from a public relations agency to a full-service marketing firm. She promotes a culture that reflects
the organization’s values and encourages stellar performance.
Amy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota - Duluth and a
Master's Degree in Business from Metropolitan State University, in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
Erin Jones is a Senior Account Manager and Media Relations Strategist with Edge Marketing, Inc. With more than 22 years of public relations and corporate communications experience, Jones has an impressive track record for building stand-out messaging programs and media placement campaigns that capture industry mind share and generate volumes of press coverage that track directly to clients’ marketing goals. Prior to joining Edge Legal Marketing, Jones was a public relations consultant who played an instrumental role in developing the effective media relations strategies for large international organizations as well as industry start ups. Jones has also previously served as a public relations executive for Quest Software, VERITAS Software and Seagate Software, and has counseled numerous organizations on their public relations strategies including EMC, Iron Mountain Digital, Metalogix, Mimosa Systems (now part of Autonomy), Red Hat, and QUALCOMM. With years of both in-house corporate experience and agency-side client management, Jones has generated volumes of coverage for her clients including stories in Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes, Fortune, New York Times, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal.
Jennifer Marsnik is a senior account manager at Edge Legal Marketing. She specializes in helping clients
develop and implement strategic marketing plans that complement and support their overall business
goals. Her approach begins with establishing specific, achievable objectives for each client to ensure their
marketing and PR activities are focused and purposeful.
Jennifer has been with Edge Legal Marketing since its founding in 2007, having come from the former
agency LegalVoice, Inc. where she worked as an account manager. She was previously a strategic
advisor with Harland Financial Solutions, where she consulted with financial institutions on a wide array
of marketing, public relations and branding efforts. Prior to that Jennifer spent nearly eight years working
in sales support and marketing communications in Merrill Corporation's Document Management Services
Division (now Merrill Legal Solutions). She also has more than seven years of experience working in
financial institutions in a variety of capacities.
Jennifer received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from St. Cloud State University.
Nicolle Martin has fourteen years of marketing experience in the high tech and legal marketplace. In
her role at Edge Legal Marketing, Nicolle helps her clients strategically plan and execute on marketing
and public relations activity that will help them achieve their overall company goals. Prior to joining Edge
Legal Marketing, Nicolle worked at Kroll Ontrack for seven years where she most recently served as the
director of marketing services and was responsible for the execution of all marketing and public relations
activity for both the legal technologies and data recovery product lines. Her experience also includes
communications and public relations positions for companies in the technology industry.
Nicolle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Minnesota –Duluth.
Melanie has more than 15 years experience in public relations, social media, marketing and employee
and crisis communications. Melanie's experience draws from B2B communications roles in organizations
varying from entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 corporations. As a communications manager for
legal technology provider DataCert, she leveraged best practices to elevate the company's thought
leadership, domestic and international media coverage, industry recognition and lead generation.
While operating as a public relations manager for enterprise software provider Open Text, she planned,
implemented and measured publicity campaigns and product launches for the Fortune 500's line of web
content management and social media solutions. This included handling PR initiatives for the company's
annual user conference attended by more than 1,000 customers, partners, executives and employees.
Her work directing global public relations for Vignette upheld and promoted the company's brand
perception during a turbulent time of workforce adjustments, subpar financial results and an acquisition.
Melanie is president-elect for the Austin Chapter of the American Marketing Association and a former
board member for the Houston chapters of the Public Relations Society of America and the American
Dr. Leslie Garrett
Dr. Garrett serves as a marketing executive and industry analyst with expertise in marketing, public
relations, search engine optimization, lead generation and management. She is instrumental in leading
Edge Marketing’s corporate consulting and Search Engine Optimization website analytics services.
Prior to joining Edge Marketing, Dr. Garrett worked in higher education teaching in Minnesota at the
University of Saint Thomas and Saint Cloud State University. Prior to teaching in the university system,
Dr. Garrett worked as an executive for SUPERVALU Corporation.
Dr. Garrett earned her PhD in Management.
Specialties: Marketing, industry analyst, public relations, management, event management, lead
generation and Website analysis for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Kristine has twelve years experience in the legal industry, where she started as a court reporter. Kristine has been working as a part time administrative assistant for the past eight years at Edge Legal Marketing, and prior to that, LegalVoice.
Kristine is a certified court reporter licensed in the state of New Jersey.
Vicki LaBrosse is a Senior Account Manager and Media Relations Manager with Edge Legal Marketing, Inc. She has more than thirteen years marketing and communications experience in both the legal and accounting industries. Vicki works with Edge Legal Marketing clients to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that will help grow their business. As Media Relations Manager, she manages and develops communications systems and processes that enhance the accuracy and timely flow of communication across the organization, and facilitates collaborative working relationships within the press community.
Before joining Edge Legal Marketing, she served as a Cost Accounting Specialist where her core job responsibilities included analyzing, evaluating and reporting client marketing and conducting sales analysis. Vicki has extensive experience functioning as a strategic liaison between business clients and the leadership within her firm. Additionally, she has experience in leading strategic teams, and has specialized in the research, development, and building of strategic national association alliances for her clients.
Vicki earned her business management degree from Minnesota State College and University.
Josie has more than ten years of experience in marketing communications, with particular expertise in outbound and inbound marketing strategy, lead generation and nurturing, and thought leadership programs. She formerly worked for Datacert, where she held the title of Senior Manager, Global Marketing. Josie also specializes in developing and executing strategies for public relations, social media marketing, corporate rebranding, product launches, SEO/SEM, and customer loyalty programs.
Josie received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Minor in English from the University of Houston.
Cindy Kremer Moen
Cindy Kremer Moen is a Senior Account Manager for Edge Legal Marketing. She has more than 20 years of marketing communications experience, 16 of which have been in the legal industry. Cindy works with Edge Legal Marketing clients to help grow their business through thoughtful and well-planned marketing communications. For some clients, she becomes an integral part of their management team, and for others, she plans and executes specific marketing strategies.
Cindy has in-depth knowledge of many marketing communications channels, including direct communications, advertising, email marketing, web, public relations, events, and social media. She has launched new brands and products, planned large-scale events, established Continuing Legal Education programs, managed vendors, and served on integration teams for corporate acquisitions.
Before joining Edge Legal Marketing as an account manager, she was a manager at the industry-leading e-discovery company Kroll Ontrack. Early in her professional career, she held marketing communications roles with several midsized law firms. In addition to the legal industry, Cindy has worked with clients in the medical, high-tech, financial and retail segments.
Doreen Clark is a Public Relations Manager with Edge Legal Marketing. She has more than a decade of public relations, marketing and communications experience; working with clients in both the consumer and B2B space. Her strategic plans have increased visibility for clients, across the country, through both mainstream media and trade publications. She has publicly spoken on the topics of persuasive communications, consistent messaging and crisis communications and is proficient at leading teams through industry challenges; delivering the best return-on-investment for clients.
Doreen has a BA in Business and an MBA in Marketing.
Heather is an account manager at Edge Legal Marketing. In her role at Edge she is responsible for project implementation across a portfolio of accounts, and reviews and supports the work of the Edge team. Heather joined Edge Legal Marketing in 2013, bringing with her over a decade of combined experience in both the public and private sectors. Heather has earned two degrees from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Communication and French, Journalism minor, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Secondary Education.
Megan Miller is a senior consultant with Edge Legal Marketing, where she helps clients understand, navigate, and succeed in their target markets through the development of succinct marketing and communications strategies and campaigns. Prior to joining Edge Legal Marketing, Megan served as VP of Marketing for GGO, where she developed the successful upstart Digital WarRoom brand, a pioneer product line providing affordable electronic discovery software for mainstream cases. Previously, she led Product Marketing at Lexis Nexis Applied Discovery, (now a DTI company), contributing to the launch of a major product release supporting global language document review.
Miller brings more than 15 years marketing experience in the tech industry prior to the move into legal technologies. As Senior Marketing Director at Data I/O Corporation, she contributed to global growth with the expansion of the company’s presence in China, and introduced targeted vertical marketing strategies to drive growth in the automotive electronics and wireless/consumer electronics segments.
Megan holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business from Pomona College, and a certificate in technology leadership from the Stanford Executive Institute.
